30 minutes run/walk, 30/30 ratio. Hills (oh, yeah).

Pedometer for the day: 9798. (And that's with not having walked home, as we were out doing errands by bus instead.)

Bumped the ratio to 30/30 because the 20/40 wasn't feeling enough like work. This felt more like work, but still felt good. Very exhilarated by the end of the run. The rain had cleared up and it was beautiful out.
