lunch today

Toasted sprouted multigrain bread from TJ's, spread with garlic-herb chevre mixed with minced oven-dried tomatoes, layered with grilled sliced yellow summer squash, topped with a generous handful of fresh basil.

I may be eating at my desk, but at least it's tasty. And healthy. And cheaper than buying it. Yay, me.
