Training log: Thursday, 10/8/09

Egoscue personal menu #3 (the twisty one).

2-mile walk home.

5 minutes on the wobble board.

Basic one-hour Callanetics workout. Still brutal. Still not able to get all the way through 100% of it. At least several of the individual exercises feel easier than they used to.

Feeling tired but pleased. Going to have a small glass of wine and throw something together for dinner. Probably something in the pasta/zucchini/chèvre range.
