recipe: Extremely simple cucumber salad with Asian flavors

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, shredded into narrow strips on the mandoline (or you could use a spiral slicer, or just slice it thinly with a knife)
sesame oil, to taste
soy sauce, to taste
lime juice, to taste

Combine all ingredients and toss well. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds (either/or, if you only have one).
