out of these shadows

want to see more research on this!

According to a study reported in the May issue of Dermatologic Surgery, the official journal of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), forehead injections of Botox may relieve depression in some patients. It was a very small study (10 subjects) with a short follow-up time, so these results "must be considered anecdotal", said the president-elect of the ASDS in a commentary on the article.

I don't like Botox when used for cosmetic purposes — I think an immobile forehead looks weird and artificial. But according to one of the study subjects, "There was no dramatic cosmetic change, so that wasn't it. But I began to feel more like doing the things that I had been avoiding."

Intriguing. I hope someone does a properly-designed large-scale study on this.

Dear Avery:

I don't know whether the label I'm looking for is a mailing label, a color printing label, a filing label, an identification label, or a special use label, and I'd rather not click through every damn link on your site trying to figure it out. Would it really be so difficult to include a page that lists every label you sell with its dimensions and suggested uses?

Yours in irritation,
