Take a package of wonton wrappers and cut into suitably snackable-sized pieces (the small square wrappers work well cut into 4 strips). Arrange strips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and spray lightly and evenly with olive oil cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly (and generously!) with Penzeys' salsa salad seasoning mix, then bake at 425F for 5 minutes or until wonton strips are crisp, blistered, and browned around the edges. Cool on baking sheet.
Serve with beverage of your choice. Iced tea or mineral water if you want something non-alcoholic. Otherwise, beer would be good, or a nice white wine (anything that'll stand up to highly-spiced food).
